Pinnacle Roofing provides a warranty* on all of its workmanship and installations for 5 years from the date of warranty activation. If there is a problem with any aspect regarding workmanship or installation, Pinnacle Roofing will fix the problem at no cost to the homeowner. This warranty only covers workmanship and installation done by Pinnacle Roofing. This warranty does not extend to material defects. Material defects may be covered under separate warranties provided by material suppliers. This workmanship warranty will become void in a person or firm other than Pinnacle Roofing works or re-performs any work within the original scope of the contract.
In the event of workmanship defect, please contact our office by phone or in writing as soon as you first begin to experience a problem. Please provide a detailed description of the defect. Immediate contact is important in preventing further and more serious damage. To recover under this warranty, Pinnacle Roofing must receive the notice of any workmanship defect within 5 years of the date of warranty activation.
