Our Account Managers:
  • Will assess the property for hail or wind damage or for concerns you may have 
  • Provide property owner/homeowner with assessment 
  • Sign authorization for inspection repairs and payments 
Contact Your Insurance Carrier:
With our assistance, you and your Account Manager:
  • Will inform the insurance carrier of the approximate date of the loss
  • Tell the insurance carrier that the property has been inspected by Pinnacle Roofing who found storm damage
  • Next, it is important that you provide your Account Manager with the claim number, adjuster’s name and phone number, and the date of inspection so that your Account Manager can attend the adjuster meeting on your behalf.
  • File Insurance Claim
Time to Meet with your Adjuster.
We work for you to ensure that you understand what’s going on and that you get what you deserve. In doing so, our Account Manager meets at your property with the insurance adjuster who:
  • Assesses the property damage
  • Discusses the full scope of damage
  • Files a report with the insurance carrier
Claim Settlement.
Your insurance carrier will:
  • Send you a summary detailing the scope of repairs required and how much they are going to pay
  • Send you the first insurance check to begin work

  • Will help you review the loss summary report
  • Will conduct an aerial measurement using Eagleview Technologies when possible
  • Assist you in submitting a supplement if necessary
  • Meet with you to select colors and materials (CSOA)
  • Meet with you to sign any contract addendums
  • Determine an approximate start date to begin work
  • Collect the initial insurance check from you
  • Go over the scope of the entire project
Work Begins
Pinnacle Roofing will:
  • Confirm actual start date
  • Deliver materials • Oversee the entire project
  • Perform our Quality Control checklist then meet with you to go over all work and make sure you are happy
Close Job, Issue Warranty, and Collect Final Payment
You, the property owner/homeowner:
  • Issue final payment
  • Sign Certificate of Completion
  • Receive warranty and Lien Releases from Pinnacle Roofing
